Regarding the ant issue, we want to clarify that our team has entered your suite on multiple occasions to treat for ants. As we’ve communicated, pest control is an ongoing process, and results may take time to fully resolve. We are committed to making sure this issue is managed effectively.
We also understand the importance of timely service and have made several attempts to reach out via email to arrange a convenient time for you to address your service requests. Unfortunately, we’ve only received proposed times outside our outlined availability, which has made scheduling difficult.

Our team has been actively working with you and has visited your suite multiple times over the past month to address and treat the ant problem. We also spoke with you prior to move-in about the ongoing building treatment for ants.
In addition to ants, we acknowledge that pigeons can be a nuisance, which is a common issue in much of Saskatoon. Just as we handle ants, we’re more than willing to help with pigeon deterrents by providing spikes and reflective bird tape to discourage them from gathering around the property.
Regarding the no-smoking policy, we take this rule very seriously to maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all residents. Our lease agreement clearly states that smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including balconies, and we appreciate your cooperation with this policy. To ensure compliance, we sometimes take photo or video evidence from public areas, such as the parking lot. However, please be assured that we did not enter or record from your private balcony.
We’ve been here for a month and have had nothing but issues that the building management could care less about including... bugs in the unit and lack of hot water constantly. Please be advised that tonight april 21 the temperature outside is going to get to -4 celsius and i dont agree with the heating... being turned off to the building. Furthermore I would like to officially say my son is not going around touching vehicles. He knows this is not to be done. He does play in the back in the parking lot and we have explained to him he is to be mindful of other vehicles, whether they are moving or parked. We thank you for this feedback, and we would love to speak with you in greater detail about your concerns and how they may be addressed. The heat in the building is not getting turned off, However the water was turned off today for a repair in a heating line, the Heat will not be turned off until we have consistent overnight temperatures above 4, and even then it is not completely off. We have had multiple complaints about a child who appeared to fit your child's description, and we did let you know that in the letter sent to you. We also noted in the letter that we do understand this might not be your child; and we do apologize if the message was received negatively. We want to do anything we can to help you have the best experience possible, so please feel free to reach out to our office if you'd like to discuss anything further.

After doing research and having a friend check out... the apartments, I decided to put my faith in Weidner and specifically Wendy the leasing agent. I have had no issues with the staff or management. I just moved into 822 Kingsmere and would like to say thank you. I have rented for past fifteen years with various rental... companies. This is my first time renting with Weidner and so far I’m impressed. I have never received a welcome package with any place before. When I moved to Kingsmere it was great. Now the neighbor's upstairs have a treadmill & workout on the daily basis. It was... nice here until a Gymnasium was opened above me. Wellington was nice.
